Group prices are quoted after a 10 % discount (discount calculated from the online price with registration).
By a binding order of services, i.e. tickets/tikets for rides, the customer agrees with the rules of operation of HORSKÝ RESORT DOLNÍ MORAVA, SNĚŽNÍK, a.s. and with its business terms and conditions.

Turnover at 100,000 CZK incl. VAT ▶︎ 15 % discount on admission
Turnover at 200,000 CZK incl. VAT ▶︎ 18 % discount on admission
Turnover at 500,000 CZK incl. VAT ▶︎ 23 % discount on admission
The turnover discount applies to all additional orders that are prepaid online.
The turnover discount is calculated on the online price with registration.
You must visit the resort at least once every 12 months for the loyalty program.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Organized groups and tours by prior arrangement only.
- All organized groups of over 15 people automatically get a 10 % discount on entrance tickets + 2 free tickets (please select the actual number of people when purchasing).

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- We recommend online payment by card or bank transfer.
- Tickets can be paid by cash at the Customer Service Centre by prior arrangement.
- If you pay on the spot, you will not be included in the loyalty program.
BUS PARKING
- Upon arrival, you can use the parking area near the chairlift Sneznik with a stop for buses for a maximum of 10 minutes to drop off the group.
- The bus will then park in the spot reserved for buses by the river opposite the KONZUM grocery store.
- Bus parking is paid cashless on-site.
OPTION OF LUNCH
- It is possible to book lunch for a group in advance - see the form below.
- Lunch is payable on-site - card or cash is available.
- If you require lunch, our team will contact you to finalize the details.
MAMMOTH ALPINE COASTER
- The Mammoth Alpine Coaster and other attractions cannot be purchased with an invoice and are not included in the group discount.
- Tickets can only be purchased on-site at the Customer Service Centre, Ticket Point or e-shop no earlier than 14 days before your arrival.
