PRACTICAL INFORMATION BEFORE ARRIVAL FOR REGISTERED TOUR PARTNERS

Now you will find the electronic version of the tickets in your email, so the last information before arrival is missing

Tickets are only valid for the date indicated on the ticket. If you have also chosen an orientation time for entering Sky Bridge 721, please try to keep to the time interval.
If you require a change in the date of validity of the ticket, you can do so yourself after logging into the e-shop using your login email and password (this is the same email and password you used to make the purchase). You can log in to your account by clicking on the "Log in" link in the top bar on the page https://eshop.dolnimorava.cz. After a simple login to your account, you will get an overview of your purchases. In the "My orders" section, you can change the validity of the tickets.
The tickets contain QR CODES, with which you can IMMEDIATELY PASS THROUGH THE TURNSTILE after attaching the code to the turnstile. The system is very simple and fast.
Please PRINT YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE! It is no longer necessary to go to the cash registers. Each ticket serves for the check-in of one visitor, i.e. 1 TICKET = 1 VISITOR.

If you are coming to our resort by bus, it is REQUIRED that you go through the following organizational instructions, which MUST BE OBSERVED.

ARRIVAL - As soon as you arrive at the Dolní Morava Mountain Resort, proceed to the place designated for the exit of passengers from the bus (marked with the letter A in yellow on the map). At this bus stop (letter A), the bus can stop for MAX 10 MINUTES. The distance from exit point "A" to the chairlift is 50 meters.
PARKING - After passengers have disembarked from the bus at the bus stop (max. 10 min), the driver must continue in the direction of the yellow arrows to the place designated for parking buses along the river in the lower part of the area (marked in yellow on the map with the letter B)
DEPARTURE - To board passengers before departure, we recommend walking directly to the parked bus (marked with the yellow letter B) or approaching the P6 parking lot on foot, where the BUS TURNOVER (marked with the yellow letter C) is located. Here it is possible to stop the bus again for MAX 10 MINUTES and leave the resort without problems after boarding the bus.

Please ALWAYS USE the login details you entered during the first registered purchase for each subsequent purchase of a tour.
The email you entered during your first order and first purchase serves as your login email. The password you choose for your first purchase is valid for all your future purchases.
Please save your password and email. Unfortunately, purchases made outside of your registered account cannot be registered and the TOUR PARTNERS loyalty program will not be applied to them.
